    LAX - Los Angeles International Airport

    The airport is approximately 15 miles away and a 30-45 minute drive from the Hilton.
    Ground Transportation to hotel
           Super Shuttle
    - $14.00 – look for shared ride island outside of each baggage area and blue vans with yellow lettering marked “Super Shuttle.”  Call Phone: 800-258-3826 (outside California), or 310-782-6600 (inside California) to make reservation when returning to airport.
            Airport Taxi - $40.00 - can be found curbside on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the yellow sign indicating Taxis.

    Burbank - Bob Hope Airport
    The Bob Hope Airport is the closest airport to Hollywood, the Valley and downtown L.A. Less than 10 minutes to Disney, NBC, Warner Bros and Universal; yet 1 hour away from Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.
          Super Shuttle - $27.00 for 1st psgr., 2nd psgr. is $9.00.

Resident's Tuition Scholarship
Due to the generous support of industry sponsors, the OTA is able to offer a $300 scholarship to PGY 4 - PGY5 residents who register by January 15, 2010.
This scholarship will also be offered to PGY 3's who have attended the OTA Comprehensive Fracture Course. The cost for the course is $400.00, which would then be $100.00, once the scholarship is applied.

Resident's Hotel Scholarship
Eligibility:  A travel scholarship is available to all PGY4’s and PGY5’s registered for the course; which will pay for up to three nights lodging at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. The scholarship is also available to PGY 3 residents who have completed the OTA's Comprehensive Fracture Course.
Available Funding: The hotel scholarship will cover up to 3 nights lodging at the Hyatt Regency Hotel over the following dates: January 28 - 30, 2010. 
Requirements for Travel Scholarship: To receive the travel scholarship, a letter verifying resident PGY level of 4 or 5 must be mailed or faxed to OTA Office or PGY3 status when applicable.

* All residents need to reserve their hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel and secure it with a credit card.  Open this direct hotel link  or phone the hotel at 1.310.228.1234.  Be certain to identify one's OTA affiliation.
