Resident's Tuition Scholarship
Due to the generous support of
industry sponsors, the OTA is able to offer a
$300 scholarship to all residents of all
levels who register by April 10, 2009.
The cost for the course is $400.00;
which would then be $100.00 once the scholarship
is applied.
Resident's Travel
Scholarship
Eligibility:
A travel scholarship is available to all PGY4’s
and PGY5’s registered for the course; which will pay for up to three
nights lodging at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront.
The scholarship is also available to PGY 3
residents who have completed the OTA's
Comprehensive Fracture Course. Available
Funding: The travel scholarship will cover up to
3 nights lodging at the Hilton Hotel over
the following dates: April 23 - 25, 2009.
Requirements for
Travel Scholarship:
To receive
the travel scholarship, a letter verifying resident PGY
level of 4 or 5 must be mailed or faxed to OTA
Office or PGY3 status when applicable.
* All
residents need to reserve their hotel room at
the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront and secure it with a credit
card.

Be certain to identify one's OTA affiliation. The
charges will be transferred to OTA's account by
the close of the course (April 25th) for PGY4 &
PGY5's that submitted to OTA proof of their
