Resident's Tuition Scholarship
Due to the generous support of industry sponsors, the OTA is able to offer a $300 scholarship to all residents of all levels who register by May 2, 2008
.
The cost for the course is $400.00; which would then be $100.00 once the scholarship is applied.

Resident's Travel Scholarship
A travel scholarship is available to all PGY4’s and PGY5’s; which will pay for up to three nights lodging at the Adam's Mark Hotel.
Eligibility: This scholarship is available to only PGY 4 -5's.
Available Funding: The travel scholarship will cover up to 3 nights lodging at the Adam's Mark Hotel over the following dates: May 15 - 17, 2008.

Requirements for Travel Scholarship: To receive scholarship, a letter verifying resident PGY level of 4 or 5 must be mailed or faxed to OTA Office.

* All residents need to reserve their hotel room at the Adam's Hotel and secure it with a credit card.  Use the hotel link above or via phone identify one's OTA affiliation. The charges will be transferred to OTA's account by the close of the course (May 17th) for PGY4 & PGY5's that submitted to OTA proof of their residency level.
