                                                    ADVANCED LEVEL PRACTITIONER

The ALP (PA or NP) will be responsible for providing direct patient care (pre-op and post-op) in the hospital setting in collaboration with the supervising orthopedic physicians. Other responsibilities include acting as a liaison between ancillary staff, with discharge planning for coordination of patient/family care needs and other specialist ALPs and physicians, such as trauma surgeons. Weekend rotation required.
