seeks qualified fellowship-trained or experienced orthopaedic
trauma specialist. The Orthopaedic Center (TOC) is a
26-physician practice with four orthopaedic traumatologists.
TOC is the second largest orthopaedic practice in Alabama
and serves over 800,000 residents of North Alabama and South
Central Tennessee. TOC provides orthopaedic trauma support
to Alabama’s largest, non-academic medical center and its level
2 trauma program. Trauma surgeons are supported by
fellowship-trained, hand, foot and spine specialists within the
practice, as well as cross-coverage by orthopaedic trauma
partners.
The trauma center provides excellent OR
availability including dedicated orthopaedic trauma OR, 24/7
and second “cold” trauma OR. Physician extenders provided to
assist with rounds, patient management and consults.
